How We Work
At IPC, we help you get the best out of your organisation’s human resource. We assist you with service through-out the human resource value chain; that is, from strategic planning and formulation, recruitment and selection, performance management, employees training and development, skills audits and succession planning, remuneration structuring and benchmarking, industrial relations management, employees surveys and benchmarking.
We never apply standard solutions or set formulas, and there is no such thing as “a typical assignment.” We approach each client engagement uniquely and seek to understand it first before offering any solutions. We normally work in teams of 2 – 3 Consultants on any client engagement. Each team is headed by a highly experienced project manager who is responsible for the day to day project management as well as the overall results of the project. In most cases we work side-by-side with the client to ensure access to all relevant information for the project and that the solutions we come up with are tailored to the exact needs of your business.
