ATM Specialist

Duties and Responsibilities

·        Setting up and achievement of IT ATMs infrastructure goals and performance targets

·        Leads the technical development, implementation and operations of ATMs

·        Leading IT ATM team

·        Attending to day to day technical faults on ATMs

·        Attending to ATM related queries escalated from Service Centres/branches

·        Installation of ATMs at sites

·        Work planning

·        Vendor and technology selection for the ATMs infrastructure

·         Budget planning

·        Cost management

·        Escalate some IT ATM jobs to Service Providers

·        Supervise work done by Service providers

Manage SLAs

Qualifications

·        Minimum-Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Operations, IT , computer science, engineering.
