Duties and Responsibilities :
- Sells services provided by the Company;
- Conducts market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs;
- Actively seeks out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, email, social media and in person;
- Prepares and sends quotes, proposals and tenders;
- Manages the entire sales process;
- Builds and maintains a CRM database;
- Sets up meetings with potential clients and listening to their wishes and concerns;
- Assists in designing the work space, systems, procedures and policies for the Company;
- Handles customer questions, inquiries, and complaints; and
- Uses standard tools to determine trend and other analysis of "mentions" of clients and their products in the media.
- Composes and prepares periodic reports for clients about their media occurrences.
- Prepares and send sample reports for prospective clients.
- Develops and updates knowledge of our offerings and those of our competitors including prices.
Qualifications and Experience:
- A Bachelors degree in Marketing or Communications
- Work experience in media and marketing is desirable
