Responsible for civil, electrical, and mechanical maintenance of the processing plant
Ensures the Maintenance Department is run as per SOPs to minimize downtime and safety risk in the Processing Plant
Responsible for the development, implementation and day-to-day supervision of maintenance systems, processes and documentation (Prevention and Predictive Maintenance, TPM, SOP’s, Safety, etc.)
Responsible for managing the Maintenance Department workforce
Responsible for all Maintenance Department equipment, spares & tools
QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES
Mechanical/Electrical Engineering Degree
3 years experience
Knowledge of Planned Maintenance, HACCP, FSMS, Health & Safety.
Proven track record demonstrating individual’s ability to maintain sound relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders as well as being able to effectively lead a team of skilled and semi–skilled artisans
