Responsible for civil, electrical and mechanical maintenance of the processing plant.
Ensures the Maintenance Department is run as per SOPs to minimize downtime and safety risk in the Processing Plant
Responsible for the development, implementation and day-to-day supervision of maintenance systems, processes and documentation (Prevention and Predictive Maintenance, TPM, SOP’s, Safety, etc.)
Responsible for managing the Maintenance Department workforce
Responsible for all Maintenance Department equipment, spares & tools.
Requirements and Experience
A Degree in Mechatronics
At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Proven record in maintaining a food/feed production factory, and experience using a CMMS package.
