Qualifications and Experience:

• A degree at First-degree level or Masters level
• Proven track record of success in a senior executive leadership role, ideally in a large and complex organization.
• Demonstrated ability to lead business transformation and drive significant growth.
• Strong financial acumen and understanding of business strategy.
• Deep understanding of digital technologies and their application in the media industry.

• 6 to 8 years of experience at the executive level
