DUTIES
- Assist in analyzing logistics supply chain data, identifying trends, and making informed recommendations for process improvements across all sections of the Logistics department;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize Logistics & supply chain operations, ensuring timely delivery of products and materials;
- Support the implementation of supply chain strategies and initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs;
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of key performance indicators (KPIs) to track supply chain performance;
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in logistics & supply chain management and propose innovative ideas to drive continuous improvement;
- Assist in the enhancement of Logistics SHE performance in both mechanized and manual handling;
- Contribute to optimum performance of Transport & Handling contractors (3PL suppliers) for the attainment of safe, sound & effective service delivery;
- Assist in the implementation of the Logistics departments’ IMS procedures and adherence to the ISO14001:2015, 9001:2015 and 45001:2018 standards
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics & Supply Chain Management/ Logistics & Transport/Operations Management.
- Upper second (2.1) class degree or better.
- Aged 25 years or below.
