Key Responsibilities:
- Implement efficient Routes-to-Market strategy to grow brand penetration and market share.
- Develop and maintain commercially rewarding relationships with LPG customers, distributors and retailers.
- Supervise the LPG sales team, focusing on career and talent development.
- Manage and monitor the business operations in line with the statutory regulations and company HSSE framework.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer preference to position company’s LPG drive accordingly.
- Coordinate with the marketing team on advertisements, promotional items and marketing strategies
- Ensure that up to date procedures guiding the operation of LPG are in place and followed.
- Work closely with the Government and LPG industry to promote high standards, good practices and a lobby for implementation and enforcement of a robust LPG regulatory framework.
Qualifications / Experience required
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration or Economics from a recognized University. A post graduate qualification a plus.
- 5 to 10 years’ work experience in FMCG channel, Distributor management, operations and logistics management
- Must be prepared to be hands-on and work beyond normal working hours.
- Must exhibit high integrity and honesty in the performance of his function
