Managing day-old chicks sales for Distributors and ensuring that all sales KPIs are achieved and aligned with strategic corporate goals and within budget (this includes the acquisition, sales, and dispatch of DOC, feed, and ancillary products to customers as guided by the CSE and company SOPs)
Managing day-to-day customer relations and the attainment of sales targets as per set budget & KPIs.
Daily and weekly sales & distribution SOPs for DOCs, feed, and ancillary products as per budget & KPIs set
Participating in developing, maintaining & building strong customer relationships
Participating in the development and activation of new markets/clients
Checks and follows through distributor audits for compliance with the Company distribution policy
Overseeing dispatch and Poultry Solutions team aligned with SOPs
Contributing to creating the right framework for staff to work according to the Irvine Group mission, and strategic objectives and nurture its philosophy, values, and behaviours
QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES
Bachelor of Science Degree Honours in Animal Science or any Agricultural Science Degree
Master’s an Added Advantage
At Least 3 Years Experience in The Poultry Management Role
