KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Preparing leases and addenda under allocated portfolio.
- Negotiating and enforcing terms of the Lease Agreement including timeous rental payments.
- Managing electronic and/or paper-based property information in consultation with the Property Officer(s).
- Preparing monthly invoices for properties under the allocated portfolio for the Property officer(s)’ review.
- Preparing letters of demands, notices and memos to tenants under the allocated portfolio in consultation with the Property Officer(s).
- Preparing and monitoring monthly schedules of operating costs payments of properties under the allocated portfolio.
- Drawing up annual repairs and maintenance schedules of properties under the allocated portfolio in consultation with the Property Officer(s).
- Carrying out property market research on rental yields, void rates, market rents, recent lettings and new market trends that affects the rental market in consultation with the Property Officer(s).
- Creating property adverts for letting and providing website updating information for properties under the allocated portfolio.
- Preparing inspection reports and schedules of properties under the allocated portfolio for the Property Officer(s)’ review.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Diploma or Degree in Real Estate, Urban Planning, Business Management or any relevant Degree
- At least 2 years relevant working experience
