Procurement Executive

Academic Qualifications and Experience Required

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics, or related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant procurement experience in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective procurement strategies to support production needs and business goals.
• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing, quality assurance, and timely delivery.
• Maintain supplier relationships and develop new sourcing opportunities.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production and warehouse teams to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare, review, and process purchase orders, contracts, and agreements.
• Conduct cost analysis and evaluate financial performance of suppliers.
• Manage procurement records, reports, and databases to track spending and supplier performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, production, quality, logistics) to optimize the supply chain process.
• Drive continuous improvement in procurement efficiency and cost savings initiatives
