Data Scientist/ Data Analyst

Academic Qualifications Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Health Informatics, Computer Science, or related field.

Experience Required

•  ⁠ 4+ years of experience in business analysis, preferably in healthcare, insurance, or digital platforms. 
• Proven experience in dashboard development and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, etc.).
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and tools (Python, R, Azure ML, etc.). 🛠 Technical & Analytical Skills.
• Strong understanding of healthcare workflows, claims systems, and provider-funder dynamics.
• Ability to work with structured and unstructured data, including APIs, databases, and cloud platforms.
• Skilled in SQL, Excel, and data visualization best practices. o Experience with agile methodologies and product development cycles.
