Rubberizing Technician

Academic Qualifications Required:

• A diploma or certificate with similar training to a bachelor's degree in rubber engineering or a related science field.

Experience Required:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in rubberizing, coating, or a related role within the panel-beating or surface treatment industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and treat surfaces for rubberizing.

• Apply rubber coatings using appropriate tools and techniques.

• Inspect completed jobs to ensure quality and adherence to specifications.

• Maintain equipment and ensure safe working practices.
