Lead Conversion
  • Prioritize And Manage Leads Through Crm Systems With A Clear Focus On Closing Opportunities.
  • Use Sales Scripts And Structured Messaging To Increase Conversion Rates.
  • Identify Decision-Makers And Overcome Objections To Shorten The Sales Cycle.
Client Engagement
  • Maintain A Sharp Focus On Customer Pain Points And Align Solutions That Directly Address Their Needs.
  • Ensure Smooth Onboarding Post-Sale In Collaboration With The Operations Team.
  • Serve As The Primary Point Of Contact During The Closing Phase.
Reporting And Performance Tracking
  • Track Sales Performance Using Crm Tools And Provide Weekly Updates On Pipeline Status And Closed Deals.
  • Analyse Reasons For Lost Deals To Improve Closing Strategy.
Sales Operations
  • Pipeline Management: Track Leads And Opportunities Using Crm Tools.

  • Reporting: Generate Insights And Recommendations For Operational Improvements.
Starlink Product Expertise

Knowledge Development: Gain Deep Understanding Of Starlink Products, Pricing, And Benefits.


Requirements

  • Diploma In Marketing, Telecommunications, Or Business Administration
  • Minimum 2 Years’ Experience
  • Strong Network Within The SME or Corporate Space Is an added Advantage
