Minimum Qualifications & Experience :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial and Manufacturing engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Foreman / Supervisory role (Compulsory)
- Proven engineering experience in maintenance, manufacturing, and repair of mining equipment and processing plants (Compulsory)
- Strong understanding and working knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems (Requisite)
- Demonstrated leadership, planning, and technical problem-solving capability
- Strong communication and team management skills
Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily workshop activities including maintenance, manufacturing, and repair of mining equipment and plant components
- Lead and coordinate artisans, technicians, and apprentices
- Plan, schedule, and allocate workshop jobs and resources effectively
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, environmental, and quality standards
- Conduct technical inspections, fault diagnosis, and problem resolution
- Monitor workmanship quality, productivity, and adherence to specifications
- Maintain workshop discipline and performance standards
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 quality management requirements
