Role Purpose
To manage the daily operations and administrative systems of the church. This role provides the organizational structure needed for ministry teams to function effectively and for leadership to focus on spiritual growth.
Core Responsibilities
- Operations & Records: Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems; track compliance deadlines and church memberships.
- Scheduling: Manage the master church calendar and coordinate volunteer rosters based on leadership input.
- Leadership Support: Provide administrative assistance to the Pastor and ministry leaders, including meeting coordination and document preparation.
- Communications: Serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries; ensure church announcements shared accurately and on time.
- Finance Support: Assist the Treasurer with data entry, expense tracking, and recording donations (no independent financial authority).
- Facilities & Systems: Coordinate with maintenance vendors and serve as the lead administrator for church management software (e.g., ChurchSuite).
Key Requirements

- Proven experience in church, non-profit, or office administration.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft 365/G-Suite and databases.
- Familiarity with basic bookkeeping or financial records.
