<p>Duties and Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Responsible for the smooth running of transport and logistics operations</li> <li>Championing solid transport and logistics management practices that underpin optimum resource utilisation and guarantee solid return on investment</li> <li>Customer network development and management for business growth</li> <li>Implementation of agreed distribution operational plans and activities</li> <li>Fleet deployment ; departure compliance and implementing a solid distribution plan</li> <li>Management of fleet and manpower</li> <li>Develop, implement and maintain systems and procedures that enhance efficiencies</li> <li>Develop and sustain superior customer service levels</li> </ul> <p>Qualifications and Experience</p> <ul> <li>Degree in Supply Chain Management</li> <li>An MBA will be an added advantage</li> <li>Experience at Managerial level</li> </ul>
