Qualifications and Experience

  • Degree in Human Resources or Social Sciences is a must
  • Master s in Human Resources Management an advantage
  • Experience working in farming/ industrial environment with highly unionised NEC workers
  • Experience working with Payroll input and reconciliations
  • Demonstrable high computer literacy in MS Excel & Misword
  • Willing to relocate to Kariba
