Manages Pilots and their welfare in liaison with HR
Maintains pilot certifications and currency
Manages all crew flight reports and documentation
Ensures operations comply with the AOC specifications
Flying and LOSA activities
Manages Flight crew manuals, notices and briefings
Coordinates with Operations Control Centre and Crew Planning
Coordinates with maintenance operations control
Coordinates with ATC
Coordinates with Customer Service
Oversees flight crew training and standards
Requirements
Airline Captain with 5 years’ experience
Possesses appropriate knowledge of the legal requirements of CAAZ, Airline Operations and any other relevant regulatory body relating to flights and Cabin Crew.
Must be thoroughly conversant with IASA-TCO Regulations
Extensive experience in Training of flight crew, cabin crew and flight operations staff, preferably with various airlines.
