Duties

• Coordinates with Crew Planning


• Develops Flight Operations Training Programs


• Trains Flight Deck and Cabin Crews


• Trains Operations Control Staff  


• Manages Flight Ops Training and Qualification Records


• Constant updating of operations manuals in concert with the Corporate Quality

Requirements

• Appropriate knowledge of the legal requirements of CAAZ, Airline Operations and any other relevant regulatory body relating to flights and Cabin Crew


• Extensive experience in training of all crew


• Is acceptable to CAAZ
