Manages crew planning, rosters and daily movements
Maintains Operations Control Documents and Manuals
Engages in the control and supervises flight and ground operations whilst observing company polices
Competent in all functions of operational control (preflight preparation, flight planning, flight monitoring and post-flight documentation)
Oversees support, briefing and/or assistance given to crews for the safe conduct of the flight
Coordinates with maintenance operations control
Coordinates with ATC
Coordinates with Customer Service
Coordinates with Training and Standards
Requirements
Degree or any other relevant qualifications
Suitably qualified and licensed in accordance with CAAZ CAR requirements
Appropriate knowledge of the legal requirements of CAAZ, IASA, Airline operations and any other relevant regulatory bodies relating to flights and Cabin Crew.
Extensive experience in Operations Control and duty time limitations and has knowledge of fatigue risk management
