Risk and Compliance Manager

<p>Main Duties:</p> <ul> <li>Develop a companywide risk management strategy</li> <li>Maintaining and reviewing policies, procedures, and annual plans for Compliance and Risks</li> <li>Overseeing and monitoring the implementation of the risk and compliance frameworks throughout the business</li> <li>Reporting on Risk and Compliance to senior management and to the Audit and Risk Committee.</li> <li>Ensuring Risk and Compliance Assessments are undertaken including analysis and reports on developments, exposures, control, breaches and related action plans across the business.</li> <li>Keep abreast with best practice for risk and compliance management.</li> <li>Ensure all business heads understand and implement good risk management practices.</li> </ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Operations/ Risk Management/ Finance</li> <li>Diploma in Cyber Security is an added advantage</li> <li>At least 5 years&rsquo; experience preferably in manufacturing industry</li> <li>Experience developing and implementing risk standards is a must</li> <li>Deeper understanding and experiencing applying risk and compliance frameworks</li> <li>Experience with the development and delivery of risk and compliance training would be advantageous.</li> <li>Ability and experience in risks audits using various technological tools</li> <li>Extensive experience in information risk audit and assessments</li> <li>Experience with Risk and Compliance software</li> <li> </li> </ul>
