  • Obtain targets from manager and develop plan to ensure achievement by meeting with shop buyers weekly and generating orders.
  • Supervise merchandisers when required in line with sales strategy and merchandiser manager directives.
  • Mediating relationship between the company and the customers.
  • Monitoring prices in-store to ensure products on shelf are priced as agreed.
  • Conduct face to face interviews with buyer and end users and report back market research.
  • Submit weekly sales report to sales.
  • Check and confirm validity of breakages claims by customers and confirming products to be returned to the warehouse.
  • Assist Credit Control Dept where necessary with the chasing up and collection of overdue debtors.
  • Perform any other duties as may be assigned by Management
