Handling all our company’s legal transactions, partnerships, and projects.
Ensuring that all our company’s transactions comply with state laws and regulations,
Helping the company avoid possible legal risks and violations.
Consulting and leading all corporate legal processes such as mergers, compliance issues, transactions, partnerships, and lawsuits.
Leading and motivating subordinates to advance employee engagement and develop future leaders.
Qualifications/Experience
A Master’s Degree in law with bias to Commercial Law and/or Construction Law.
At least five years’ experience in handling commercial and corporate law transactions and cases, at middle to senior management level
