Our Client seeks suitable qualified and experienced candidates for consideration for flight Attendants position.
KEY RESULT AREAS (KRAS)
- Maintaining in-flight safety on board
- Administering first aid to passengers on board
- Providing high quality customer service on board
- Maintaining Public Relations on board
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Five (5) ‘O’ levels including Mathematics and English Language
- Two (2) ‘A’ level passes
- Applicants must be fluent in English, Shona or Ndebele
- Diploma in Public Relations, Tourism and Hospitality or related qualification
- Previous experience in a customer services environment would be an added advantage
- Must be a person of integrity with excellent interpersonal communication skills
