Assistant Accountant-Creditor

Responsibilities/Duties:

• Preparing Foreign and Local Supplier Recons.
• Posting of Invoices and Credit notes
• Preparing Lead Schedules for financial statements and management accounts.
• Preparing Weekly and Monthly reconciliations.
• Maintaining Creditors documents
• Adhering to safety health environment and quality systems
• Responsible for the Payables Module.

Qualifications and Experience:

• 3-4 years in similar role
• A Degree in Accounting
• Knowledge of Managing Payables Module
• Software: Pastel Evolution/ Excel/ Sage 1000
