Senior Business Development Officer

Duties

• Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
• Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
• Representing the company on all public gathering or invitations.
• Increasing brand visibility, loyalty and protect the brand from disrepute.
• Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
• Initiate new product development and innovation.
• Initiate recommendations to the company policies to keep pace with the market.
• Initiate the litigation process on defaulters.
• Ensure privacy and data protection principles.
• Preparation of all documentation in relation to the loan disbursement in accordance to set down guidelines.
• Keep records of receipts, purchases and asset register.

Qualifications & Experience

• A degree in Marketing, Finance or Business related.
• At least 3 years experience.
• Experince in the Microfinance sector is mandatory.
