Human Resource Manager

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Develops and implements the HR strategy in with business strategy;
• Manages recruitment and selection;
• Develops, reviews, and oversees the implementation of performance management system and policy for the entire company;
• Manages industrial relations in the company and is responsible for maintaining employee discipline;
• Complies and manages the Human Resource Departmental budgets;
• Develops and updates the HR policies as and when;
• Develops and presents HR reports.

Qualifications and Experience:

• BSc in any relevant social science degree;
• At least 3 years relevant experience in a managerial role;
• Experience in the FMCG industry;
