Diploma in Certified Mortgage Bankers, IOBZ Diploma, Institute of Building Societies, or equivalent First Degree in Banking, Economics, Business Studies, Accounting or Finance.

Minimum 5yrs experience in working in a the area of housing finance as a supervisor or in a managerial position or 7 years in mortgage product development.

Traceable experience in the following:

• Loan Origination and Processing Loan underwriting and closing
• Loan processing and default control
• Property valuation and control
• Marketing Mortgage Products Management functions
• Designing workflows and procedures
• Ability to oversee operations and computer systems
• To increase the number of customers and the volume of mortgage loans.
• To ensure that all commercial and economic objectives are achieved in the short and long term for assigned territory.
