  • Achieve and exceed sales targets as defined by the organization

  • Provide support to the Registered Estate Agent in dealing with high-value clients

  • Manage allocated team of Property Consultants and ensure the achievement of Sales targets

  • Train and coach the Property Consultants and help them enhance productivity by ensuring that they maintain desired activity levels at all times

  • Arrange Residential/Commercial Property Listings on a regular basis

  • Analyze activity vs. productivity and support the team members in identifying and bridging productivity gaps
