Senior Manager Property Management and Sales

Academic Qualifications:

• 6 O level subjects including Mathematics and English passed with a B or better and 2 A levels


• A 3 or 4 year Degree in Real Estate or related field

Professional Qualifications:

• Real Estate Institute of Zimbabwe diploma


• Be registered with the Real Estate Agents Council 

 

Experience:

• At least 3 years of property management in Commercial Real Estate 

Skills:

• Computer literacy a Must


• Knowledge of market trends in real estate Communication skills


• Knowledge of Regulatory requirements for Real Estate Management


• Marketing and Negotiation skills Analytical skills
