Our Client is seeking an experienced Digital Research and Innovation Manager to join their organisation and have an opportunity for development. The qualifying candidate should be meeting the following job specifications:
Job Description:
- Assist business leadership with latest trends in digital banking or changes in technology that will impact financial services
- Continuous review of existing digital banking products to remain competitive in the market
- Regular engagement with branch and head office unit staff to create awareness of digital banking products
- Ensure products are introduced as per set governance policies
- Establish and manage product introduction cycle – user testing, process mapping, advertising materials, campaigns
- Contribute towards promoting a digital banking culture within the organisation by coaching and advising internal and external stakeholders on the use of digital banking product
Qualifications & Experience:
- Relevant business degree; (Finance, Banking, IT, or equivalent),
- 3+ years’ in a business development environment involving research, innovation and strategy execution relevant to digital banking in a senior or management role
