Job Description

• Assist Digital banking leadership with latest trends in digital banking or changes in technology that will impact financial services
• Continuous review of existing digital banking products to remain competitive in the market
• Regular engagement with branch and head office unit staff to create awareness of digital banking products
• Timely presentation of competitor analysis to aid digital banking strategy formulation
• Establish and manage product introduction cycle – user testing, process mapping, advertising materials, campaigns
• Contribute towards promoting a digital banking culture within the organisation

Qualifications and Experience

Relevant business degree

2+ years’ in a business development environment involving research, innovation and strategy execution relevant to digital banking
