<p>Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced persons to fill the position of Digital Marketing Manager.</p> <p><strong>DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p> <ul> <li>Developing, implementing and managing marketing campaigns that promote Group products and/or services within the digital space.</li> <li>Driving website traffic, social media traffic and acquiring leads/customers.</li> <li>Identifying and evaluating new digital technologies</li> <li>Employing relevant measurement tools to provide progress reports and mine insights, while continually finding ways to improve on those metrics through testing and new initiates.</li> <li>Developing media strategies that put the organisation brand in front of our target audience</li> <li>Developing content across owned and earned social channels and digging through Web analytics to unearth invaluable information about target consumers.</li> <li>Managing social media analytics, content and postings in line with the Social Media policy</li> <li>Managing the Contact Centre</li> <li>Liaising with all key stakeholders in the execution of digital marketing strategies</li> </ul> <p><strong>Skills required</strong></p> <ul> <li>Must have good writing skills</li> <li>Must be innovative and creative</li> <li>Must have good communication skills</li> <li>Must be well versed with MS Office</li> <li>Must have good data analysis skills, to extract value from reporting tools and ability to think objectively</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications and Experience</strong></p> <ul> <li>Degree in Marketing/business</li> <li>IT experience a distinct advantage</li> <li>Certification &ndash; in social media, digital marketing, designing</li> <li>Experience in the financial services business</li> </ul>
