<p>Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced persons to fill the position of Mine Geologist.</p> <p><strong>DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p> <ul> <li>Underground and surface drilling</li> <li>Contributes to the development of policies and practices related to exploration geology</li> <li>Ensures safe work practises through compliance to safety and health standards.</li> <li>Manage FOG risks</li> <li> Analysis of PJO&rsquo;s for Geology &amp; Rock Mechanic</li> <li>Monitors grade control cycle</li> <li>Ensures safe work practises through compliance to safety and health standards.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications and Skills</strong></p> <ul> <li>Degree in Geology</li> <li>Mine experience a distinct advantage</li> <li>High level of multi-skilling and use own initiative</li> <li>Sound verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills in English</li> </ul>
