Senior Training Officer

<p>&nbsp;</p>\r\n\r\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n <li>Day to day management and administration of the Skills Development Centre</li>\r\n <li>Implementation of leadership and non technical training plans including the coordination of trainee programmes for&nbsp; graduate learners and Learner Miners</li>\r\n <li>The implementation of the Business Management System</li>\r\n <li>The initiation and design of leadership development training programmes to cater for the changing business needs of the organization including training of Team Leaders Supervisory and Managerial staff</li>\r\n <li>The full implementation and use of the SAP HRD Module</li>\r\n <li>Companywide induction and reinduction programmes for employees and contractors</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Qualifications and experience</strong></p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n <li>Degree in Human Resources or Social Science a must</li>\r\n <li>IPMZ Training Diploma or equivalent</li>\r\n <li>At least 5 years working experience in leadership and supervisory training of which 3 years must be at managerial level &nbsp;</li>\r\n <li>supervisory courses is a requirement.</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n\r\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\r\n
