Senior Associate- Social Business Unit

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelors Degree in Social Sciences/ Business Studies/ Equivalent
• Masters or equivalent to a masters degree is an added advantage
• 3-5 years’ post graduate experience in a development environment focusing in the areas of education, sustainable livelihoods amongst others.
• Good communication, report writing, financial analysis and presentation skills.
• Good analytical, entrepreneurial and change management skills
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Packages and knowledge of SPSS and Tableau an added advantage
• Must have working knowledge of online training or learning management systems
• Clean Class 4 Drivers licence an added advantage
