Responsible for the leadership and management of the crop production and supply function of the business.Participates in the development and implementation of the company business plan through managing company farms and out-grower schemes. Provides technical and operational support and leadership for maximised efficiencies in the delivery of produce and services while ensuring that production meets company quality and profitability targets. The incumbent will also provide leadership and direction in the areas of stakeholder relationship management, compliance, regulations, corporate policies, and procedures.
