  • Qualifications and Experience required
  • "*" 3 years working experience of mechanical equipment assembly
  • "*" Experience fault-finding and diagnostics of mechanical equipment, both as part of a team or individually.
  • "*" Have sound knowledge of mechanical manufacturing process
  • "*" Apprenticeship trained from a reputable organization
  • "*" National Certificate in Mechanic Fitting and Turning Class 1 or 2
  • "*" Clean class 4 Driver’s license

  • "*"Operating concrete, asphalt or aggregate plant to batch, crush or segregate materials used in construction
  • "*"Observe gauges, dials and operation of machinery to ensure conformance to processing
  • "*"Repair machinery, using hand tools, power tools and welding equipment
  • "*"May be designated according to type of plant operated as asphalt-plant operator; concrete-Batch, Plant Operator; Aggregate Plant Operator; or according to machine function as a crusher Operator
