Review designs for on-site infrastructure on Bank projects taking particular attention to pavement, stormwater and subsurface drainage requirements and designs.
Assessment of ‘as-built’ on-site infrastructure and review to identify and quantify requisite remedial works.
Monitoring and Supervision of remedial and outstanding construction works required for projects to achieve compliance in order to obtain Certificate of Completion from the relevant local authorities.
Performance evaluation of the on-site infrastructure during the defects notification period
Qualification:
A degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent from a reputable institution.
Registered with the Engineering Council of Zimbabwe or equivalent foreign/regional body.
At least 5 years as a Project Manager or Resident Engineer on Housing Infrastructure Development and Construction
Knowledge of ZGCC and local Procurement Regulations will be an advantage.
Familiarity with AUTOCAD, GIS, MS PROJECT, MS WORD & MS EXCEL
