The Corporate Services Manager shall be responsible for developing strategies, campaigns and initiatives to improve public perception of the organisation. The incumbent will also be responsible to ensure the overall efficiency in corporate administration, integrity of the corporate governance framework and compliance with statutory and regulatory framework under the Company’s and Industry Acts both local and international.The Corporate Services Manager is also expected to act as Board Secretary, advisor and the custodian of Board Resolutions.

Qualifications/Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree or other relevant qualifications;
• Knowledge of Aviation Law will stand as an added advantage;

• Must be mature and reliable person of high integrity and should be able to maintain confidentiality;
• Must be a result-focused person of integrity with exceptional interpersonal communication skills.
