Main Duties and Experience:

• Clean all vegetables;
• Cook and present vegetables dishes to accompany main dishes;
• Keep the vegetable storeroom tidy; and
• Follow FIFO and HACCP standards.

Qualifications and Experience

• National Certificate in Professional Cookery
• 5 O levels
• 3 years relevant experience
