Qualifications:

  • HND / Degree in Safety, Health and Environment
  • 5 years’ experience in a mining environment, preferably in underground mining
  • A Blasting Certificate for Scheduled Mines OR a Trade Test Certificate an added advantage
  • Ability to carry out job safety analysis or planned job observations
  • Detailed knowledge of SHEQ Management systems (OHSAS 18001: 2005, ISO 14001: 2004, ISO 9001: 2008)
