Measure and quantify materials required for works to be done
Monitor and supervise quality of work being done by subcontractors ensuring compliance to all legislated requirements ,method statements and specifications
Prepare BOQs for identified works and scrutinizing submissions by subcontractors on specialized works.
Prepare weekly and monthly works program and report-ensuring targets set are met and reporting ll disruptions.
