Duties and Responsibilities
- Manages use of engineering resources to best serve the company’s goals.
- Maintain and improve upon all measures of engineering performance.
- Comply with and improve efficiencies, operating expenses, and technical design and development processes.
- Provide on-the-job training as needed to subordinates.
Qualification and experience
- Degree in Mechanical or Electrical or Production and Manufacturing Engineering.
- MBA and membership with the Zimbabwe Institute of Engineers an added advantage.
- At least five (5) years experience.
