Finance Planning Manager

Main Duties:

• Conducts financial modelling, budgeting, scenario planning and forecasting for the finance division
• Manages company treasury function including cash flow planning and sourcing necessary funding
• Analyses the current and future business operations and plans to determine financial requirements.
• Monitors working capital, capital expenditures, debt levels and budgeting.
• Reviews and challenges model developed to support capital projects and other aspects of the business
• Implements expense management strategy to be utilized for financial analysis, decision making and financial discipline
• Provides financial and statistical report and business models with recommendations for executive decision making
• Ensures individual goals & KPI’s / targets are set for each team member aligned with company’s strategic goals
• Drives the performance management process including performance reviews, coaching, training & disciplinary action to ensure optimal performance
• Identifies training needs & supports career development opportunities within the team
• Maintain and keep up to date relevant data bases
• Ensure the quality and integrity of data

Qualifications:

• Bsc in Accounting/ Finance
• Certified Chartered Accountant
• At least 5 years experience
