ICT Officer

Main Duties:

• Manages, recommend and upgrade computer network where necessary so that operational requirements for network world class.
• Install a reliable network which is cost effective through the guidance of the ICT Specialist to ensure that communications flow smoothly within and outside the organization without any disruptions.
• Liaise with relevant service providers to ensure they provide relevant services as and when required
• Maintain the disaster recovery plan for all systems and creating excellent recovery plans that ensures availability of all data as and when needed at the minimum acceptable time frame.
• Create Backups and storage system for data and information that are easily accessible by ensuring easy access to any data as required
• Submit audit report quarterly to manager for review to ensure recommendation for implementation of new software’s in the market that will assist the organisation to be more efficient.
• Load operating system patches and maintain software updates all the time.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Computer Science / Information Systems / ICT

• At least 3 years experience
