<p>Main Duties:</p> <p><strong><em>HR; SYSTEMS, POLICIES AND PROCEDURES</em></strong></p> <ul> <li>Take part in developing and review of policies and procedures in line with Labour act and any gazette amendments</li> <li>Implement and ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures and legal requirements.</li> <li>Participate in development, review and alignment of employment code of conduct in line with legal requirements</li> <li>Develop and ensure all activities in the plant are in compliance with SGP requirements (workplace rights)</li> <li>Develop, implement and monitor HR administrative systems and procedures to ensure accurate reporting of all HR related information</li> </ul> <p><strong>RECRUITMENT AND SELECTION</strong></p> <ul> <li>Ensure all functions have suitable manpower in the right place at all times</li> <li>Process all authorized recruitments on time</li> </ul> <p><strong>TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT</strong></p> <ul> <li>Co-ordinate employee training needs analysis and relevant interventions</li> <li>Identification of suitable service providers to address the qualification and skills gap identified in liason with Capability development</li> <li>Participate in the development and ensures compliance to all Company requirements eg EOSH, food safety, quality</li> </ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bsc in Human Resources Management or Business Management</li> <li>At least 3 years experience</li> </ul>
