KEY RESPONSIBILITIES.<ol><li class="ql-align-justify">The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for managing the warehousing of processed chicken and table eggs sales as per SLAs, set budget &amp; KPIs.</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Responsible for ensuring that table eggs &amp; processed chicken warehouses are stocked to avoid stockout &amp; as per SOPs</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Responsible for leading, managing &amp; developing a high performing Warehousing team aligned with Company HR Policy, Values &amp; Behaviors</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Responsible for ensuring a strict stock management system is maintained in the warehouses</li></ol>5.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Coordinates stock take to ensure all monthly stock take tasks are performed as per SOPs.6.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Conducts extensive variance analysis post-stock take and spot checks.&nbsp;QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES <ul><li class="ql-align-justify">BS degree in logistics, supply chain management, or business administration or related</li><li class="ql-align-justify">3 years experience in a similar role</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Experience in the agro processing sector is an added advantage</li></ul> ·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Proven work experience as a Warehouse Supervisor·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Highly effective supervisory skills and techniques·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Knowledge of warehouse software packages and MS Office proficiency·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ability to input, retrieve and analyze data·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Hands-on commitment to getting the job done·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Excellent communication and interpersonal skills·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Proven ability to direct and coordinate operations·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Strong organizational and time management skills
