Reporting to the ICT Officer, the incumbent will be responsible for among other duties, the following: - Key Duties &amp; Responsibilities <ul><li>Implement and enforce IT security policies, standards, and procedures to ensure systems are maintained in a fully functional and secure mode.</li><li>Installing and maintaining the ICT infrastructure including configuration of computer hardware, software, networks, and business systems and liaising with ICT service providers.</li><li>Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer systems, servers, and network equipment.</li><li>Configuring internet and email effectively for all users and allocating shared network resources and passwords to users.</li><li>Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights in accordance with organizational policies.</li><li>Ensuring that relevant data backups are performed properly, recorded, and kept safely.</li><li>Manage the organization’s website and enable communication with stakeholders.</li><li>Support the various business systems and achieve automation of processes.</li><li>Train users to ensure optimal utilization of ICT resources.</li></ul> Qualifications and Experience<ul><li>Be a holder of at least an HND/Degree in Information Technology or an equivalent degree.</li><li>Network Training</li><li>Security Training</li></ul> Job Related AttributesThe person suitable for this position must demonstrate the following job-related attributes: - <ul><li>Attention to detail,</li><li>Excellent report writing skills,</li><li>2 years of experience in a similar role.</li></ul>
